Baldwin Jury Hears 911 Call
Actor faces up to 18 months in prison if convicted
The involuntary manslaughter trial of Alec Baldwin, the actor accused of killing a cinematographer on the set of the Western he was producing and starring in, began on Wednesday with prosecutors painting him as a headstrong actor who ignored safety concerns.
Jurors heard a 911 call reporting the shooting and saw Baldwin's interview with police. Baldwin has pleaded not guilty and his lawyers have said he did not pull the trigger.
The 64-year-old actor faces up to 18 months in prison if convicted.
